Electric recliner chairs are fantastic. While they don't add any more comfort than your typical recliner, they do add a lot of convenience. These chairs have two motors installed. One motor is responsible for adjusting the back and foot rest of the chair to recline at the angle you desire. The other motor moves the chair up and down. When you want to get out of your chair, you don't have to stand up. The motor will change the chair position and you can simply walk out of your chair.

These electric recliners are great for those who suffer from rheumatism, arthritis, or any other condition that effects your mobility. Not only will this ease the pain of standing and sitting, but it will make getting in and out of your chair into a routine movement.

These recliners also go by different names. They are called lift recliners, lift chairs, riser recliners, and a whole lot more.

Large Big Wide Seat Electric Lift Chair Power Recliner - My husband had his fifth knee operation, leaving one leg with a rod in it, can't bend. This chair I ordered before he left the rehab. center so he wouldn't have to sit in a wheel chair, all day.

He was ecstatic when he first sat in it (after I hooked up the electric parts), and found out all it could do. He weighs about 365lbs., so we were both leary about the functions, but we're both pleased.

One day he said his other leg was aching; he turned on the heat and massager and hasn't had another ache or pain.No more struggling to get off the sofa, it's a miracle.
